Free shipping is available within 10KM from the Kuching area. Regions outside of our service areas may be ineligible for free shipping.

When will my items arrive?

Yes, free shipping includes installation ONLY within our service areas.

What is Same-Day Delivery?

Flexxo is offering Same-Day Delivery in select areas and ZIP codes on eligible products. If the Same-Day Delivery option is available in Checkout, you can choose one of our convenient delivery windows. The service is available for both residential and business customers shopping on https://kchshop.flexxo.com.my, our website, email, mobile apps, and calls. Some orders will require that you provide a telephone number. The carrier will either send you a text message or call you to let you know when the order is on its way. (NOTES: MOBILE APPS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR THOSE WHO REGISTER WITH US).

How do I place an order for Same-Day Delivery?

Same-Day Delivery orders can be placed online at https://kchshop.flexxo.com.my/, our website, email, mobile apps, and calls. If the products are eligible and you are ordering before the cut-off time (Weekday 5:00 PM & Saturday 1:00 PM).

What are the delivery windows for Same-Day Delivery?

Available weekday delivery windows begin at 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not applicable for delivery.

How much will I pay for Same-Day Delivery?

RM 15.00 (for items that are only deliverable by car and motorcycle).

Will the delivery charges be extra if the item is oversize?

Yes. Delivery fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Who will be delivering my Same-Day Delivery order?

We offer Same-Day Delivery through our trusted vendor, Ship, which specializes in Same-Day Delivery in select areas across Malaysia.

What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?

If our delivery partner attempts delivery that requires your signature but you are not available, the order will be returned to the store. If you want the order re-delivered, a second charge is applied.

Why are some products not available for Same-Day Delivery?

Most products in stock at the store will be available for Same-Day Delivery. However, some dimension, weight, hazmat, and special order restrictions apply.

What if I don't receive my delivery?

If you don't receive your delivery, please contact Flexxo at HERE.

What if the product is damaged or defective?

If the order was refused because the product was damaged or defective and you wish to have a replacement, a new order will be delivered with no additional delivery fee.

What if I need delivery after 5:00 PM?

No, delivery will be arranged on next day start at 8:00 AM.

Same-Day Delivery Terms and Conditions

Same-Day Delivery is subject to driver availability, and you will only be given available delivery windows on qualifying items based upon driver availability. We will confirm your delivery windows when your place your order (subject to credit approval and product availability). Available weekday delivery windows begin at 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not applicable for delivery.

If any delivery is prevented or delayed by any act or condition beyond our reasonable control. Flexxo shall give prompt notice to you of such condition and shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery is made as soon thereafter as possible.
